    Misunderstanding I'm Agree with him:-
    I gave my worker the on account and told him to do questing on it and I fell asleep right then, which I will tell you later. After that, I think the power went out, so the account was closed. Then he opened it himself. He told me I logged in and I opened Just Bank and I found out that it was probably not that account and he had closed it again after checking.

    Note: My worker accidentally logged into the Iron account. When he saw that it wasn't a real account, he closed the account.

    Hello @Kanye ,

    Let me preface everything by saying that I requested that @TheGlacier.com create this report. I have no intentions on causing an unnecessary ruckus, so if the staff team decides in his favor, I will return the deposit as soon as that decision is made - no further questions asked.

    @TheGlacier.com first contacted me through a ticket on my server inquiring about a position pre-launch, which I stupidly didn't keep transcripts of (I have no transcripts of any tickets pre-launch). In this ticket I asked the basic questions about experience, if he's ever worked for other services, how long he's been in the industry, etc. in which he's never mentioned having workers and it was insinuated/assumed that he was applying for a normal individual worker position, which is somewhat of a moot point now because I have no evidence to back it up.

    At first everything seemed okay. From August 1st until now, he's been relatively quiet, inattentive, and not really showing any interest or accepting any orders, until yesterday, August 24th. I had a customer who had purchased a questing order. Glacier was quick to accept it. It was a normal everyday ticket, everything seemed to go smoothly - the customer messaged them their details and the order was in process.

    While at work, I was greeted by countless pings: see images below. I have marked out the customer's name and my ticket support to protect their identity, but if staff wish to see an unedited version, please let me know.

    It all stemmed from his almost maxed iron account being logged into - the 'worker' left the original location the character was logged out at and teleported to a bank on an account that wasn't being serviced. This was the first red flag and makes me raise the question about how true Glacier's story is - please see below:

    So the worker wasn't provided sufficient enough information about the account to login to the correct one? It took him logging into a clearly marked ironman account and running to a bank to realize it was the incorrect account, even though the account being serviced was a reg? It doesn't add up.


    Although I don't have no outsourcing in the ToS itself, they are built and catered to individual workers, not teams - and rule no. 8 states to maintain full transparency with the customers, and not one time did @TheGlacier.com let me, or the customer know that he wouldn't be the only one working on the account.

    Thankfully nothing was taken as it would've been nearly impossible to replace, but that doesn't mean ill intentions couldn't have followed if the customer didn't realize his iron account was moved.

    When I opened the ticket, he did not send me any of his terms and conditions, but said that I will start working on it completely from August 1st and you should also deposit it for me, and I told him that I will deposit it on August 1st.

    You can see he messaged me on July 31st and asked me for a deposit. I gave him the deposit at 1st August. He didn't show any kind of terms and conditions with me.

    When I received the account from them, I told my worker that there was a Jagex account logged in.I have minimize the Runelite account. When you get to work, start Questing for it. Maybe the accounts were shutdown due to power outages.Because when I woke up, my worker told me that all these PCs were down.When my worker logged in to the account, the JAGEX account was already logged in, without seeing the character name.By mistake, it entered his iron account and he thought that was what he had to Questing.When he opened the Iron account, it was standing on the Ardougne agility course and it teleported him to Lumbrige home teleport. When he tried to open the bank, he saw that the bank password I had written was incorrect, so he thought that this account might be Wrong, so he closed the account.

    Please let me know if you want anything from my side?

    @TheGlacier.com Just to confirm; How many jobs have you done for him? Did you ever advise you have a team of workers in any messages?

    @Bubba Just to confirm; So there was no TOS acceptance? Additionally, what sort of system/precautions do you have to prevent workers with X deposit accepting a job higher than their deposit?

    Also, it’s not really possible to determine the true reason as to why they went to the bank - it’s a he said/she said, so no actual scam or anything occurred it appears. The concern here seems to be there wasn’t really great discussion surrounding work/solo vs team/outsourcing & doesnt appear any TOS acceptance is present. Am I overlooking anything?

    @Kanye - it is basically a he said/she said situation, I agree, but none of what he says adds up. I think it's strange how this is his first job yet he has a team. That scenario is just a gut feeling, so I have no legitimate ground to stand on evidence wise, but if that near maxed iron had the same pin I could only imagine what would've happened.

    As for the deposit, the customer lowered his GP by muling off the account that was actually being serviced. I had no idea other accounts were tied to the Jagex launcher as this isn't a question I typically ask. Workers accepting a job higher than their deposit isn't typically a thing.

    It was never strictly agreed upon to not outsource work, but he also lacked transparency on his side which is indeed a breach of the worker ToS which states by accepting and completing any job, you agree to fully comply with them. It's not in my bot logs, but he definitely had the worker ToS role before I removed it.

    Just tell me what to do and i'll do it. You'll receive no friction from my end.

    Now we're thankful that the bank pin for the Iron Man account was incorrect and I'm saying that even if it were correct, there would be no loss to your account. I have been working in this market in 2021 and till date I have not committed any kind of fraud. In my opinion, it should have been ignored as human mistake. But you tried to Stretching it well.

    Just MOD tell me what to do and i'll do it.

    After further review @TheGlacier.com will be receiving a Trade With Caution (TWC), however, for bad trading practices and not advising that they have a team. It is important to ensure the people you work for understand that you may have workers alongside you as that may impact you being "hired" or not as it's another layer of risk. This also can be seen as a form of outsourcing, which needs to be advised.
