Okay first off, if someone helps me solve this bitch I'll pay them 15-20, considering there's 75 on the card. Hopefully you guys know what a GreenDot MoneyPak card is, it helps reload your Paypal account. So I bought this card at Meijer at EXPRESS which is the part that fucked it up because then there wasn't a card activation number. SO I come back the next day and I go to guest service, and this man wasn't able to find much but a 16-digit number code. I tried it and it didn't work, but it was labeled "activation code" So does anyone know how I can get the code? Maybe a few digits were missing, or I should have left a few digits out?

 

not at meijer they use shitty material, the code should be on receipt but if u self-checkout or use express it doesn't print

do you know how many digits are supposed to be on the receipt for the cards at meijer?

 

if you're using a greendot moneypak, the code should be on the back (you need to scratch it off much like a lottery ticket)

If the above mentioned is not what you have, then I don't think you have a greendot moneypak, I've personally loaded thousands of dollars into my paypal(s) with Moneypak and none of my customers have ever had a problem with it before.

At Meijer the Moneypaks there are indeed greendot, but they're made of cheap cardboard material and there is no scratch-off. like stated before, it's supposed to be on the receipt but it doesn't print up if you do self-checkout or express, I had no idea at the time. I got 16 digits of code after i went to guest service, but it didn't work. THe number of digits is different for each store so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to leave out the first couple of digits or not

Try leaving the first two out. If that doesn't work, try leaving the last two out.

I called the hotline and stuff they asked for so much crap and crap i got a reference number so im supposed to call back tomorrow

 

I've purchased some money pac card's in my history and realized some codes are printed on the receipt >.> so... hopefully u havn't lost it

Also take in mind when scratching the card it sometimes smears and the numbers appear as other numbers. SO a 6 may look like a 8 or so on

 

Had a similar problem, if you have a receipt you should be able to go to wherever you bought it.

 

Go back to where u bought it and ask if they can print out the receipt. Or see if they can refund or help. Hope that works nd if it does then its a free solution gl
