Do you need a starting level?
Realistically, what EXP per hour are we looking at?
200k Herb XP OR 1.5m per hour, or can both be achieved?

 

Currently can do both, but prices vary and can be difficult to buy items for ge price all the time (often for speed have to pay above mid)

Say i was buying at a bit above mid, looking for most exp at 92 herb, would i be able to coninuosly bot this or do i need to wait to buy items every 4 hours cause of limit? and would i be loosing or making gp n how much? Cheers, reply in PM if you want.

You are slightly limited by 4 hour ge buying limits but that can easily be avoided by using multiple accs (it will be unlikely to effect you)

You would profit or it would cost less than 0.5gp/xp
