    Has some DLC for Reach, H3, and MW2.
    Commander in Reach
    1st Prestige 60+ in MW2.
    All Vidmasters except anual. (Will unlock recon if that boosts value)

    12 months retail is over 50 dollars if you buy from the store so it's easily 35 for the account, maybe a little bit more

    Though not many people play Halo Wars I would think that means very few people have generals. So I would expect that to contribute more to the value.
