[Buying] Frost dragon account, or close to 85 dung! Up to 55M

I am looking to buy an account for frost dragons who is 85 Dung or close to it and at least 80+ Combat stats. If the account is a lot lower than 85 dung I may still be interested if the price is right and combat stats are 90+. Please reply here.

Whats your old name? And why aren't you using it? Honestly I am more sketchy traded with someone who "use to have a good account with a lot of posts, but is no longer using it" than someone who is new. O.O
