    Steam sales question

Are you allowed to sell gifted games over steam? Say someone wants a game, they don't have paypal (or unverified, not sure if it has to be for steam) or anyway to buy the game. Would I say be able to buy the game as a gift for them and they pay me like with virtual game currency or something?

Also, if I am allowed to do this, what section would it be under?

If this is in the wrong section please move it to the appropriate, thank you.

    Steam sales question

I'm not sure if this allowed, but i would DEFINATELY use an OMM to hold the game currency payment while you apply the STEAM update for the buyer.
I see that as the only safe way for thr trade to be done, unless they are willing to go first. As there is NO WAY to recover your gifted game.

Use a OMM or a Trusted Middleman for safety purposes. Also do NOT gift with carded / hacked PayPal. That's the only way because once the gift is sent, you have no way to retrieve it.
