Ulti Not scam (I am a ban evader but hear my story)

I sold Ultinot an account a couple of months back and he said he would hold the account for a few months, I literally had to make a new sythe account just to get a hold of him. Once I was banned for ban evading on sythe I made appeals but they were all denied the original ban was for fake vouching. I realize that was stupid but thats not the issue right now. Its been nearly 2 months and not only have i not heard from him in the last 3 weeks he hasnt been responding to my offline messages. I had a friend pm him and he claimed that he had set his status to offline but he has been online in reality. This is not true because i have been online everyday and i have even sent offline messages a few times (i think he may have blocked me). I pmed him on this sythe account i made today because i had to go this far just to talk to him. I want to be payed. I was legitly trying to sell my runescape account and we had a deal. Because i was banned that gives him the right no to pay me? We went from talking everyday to him ignoring me. I had a theory that maybe he believed I was a scammer but he had the account too long to back out of the deal so he was trying to make me recover it. Thus canceling the trade. I gave him chances and I am mad. You can ask Ultinot himself about this so you can hear his explanation. God knows I would love to hear it. I am fine with being banned again but after this is settled. Thank you for your time.
