Ulti Not's TwC Appeal

I would like to appeal for my TwC rank. Personally, I was not quite happy on why I received the rank [I did not scam], but now I realize what I had done was my fault. It made the staff and members of sythe, to think of me negatively. I am very sorry for what I have done, even though I did not attempt of scamming or have the intentions. Seriously, I have realized what I had done was wrong.

Reason for TwC:
- Trade between Scuba Steve and me.
- One month upgrade for his 3 month netflix membership.
- 3 month netflix membership did not work for me due to I did not have a verified paypal.
- After he given me membership, I had denied to pay him the one month upgrade.
- Denied because the 3 month membership was in no use for me, due to my paypal was limited. I thought a regular paypal account could do the thing, but it did not work.
- Scuba Steve was quite upset that the trade fell, and made a scam report.
- I received TwC [even though I did not use his 3 month netflix code]

Why I deserve it removed?
What I had done was a total mistake, and I was not thinking. We both thought that I can just make a netflix account and add in a 3 month netflix code. But, I did not realize, a paypal verified account was needed [mine limited].

After, I received the TwC, I realized what I had done was wrong, even though I did not have bad intentions. Thereafter, I had given him the one month upgrade and let him keep the netflix code.

It has been quite some time since I received the TwC. Even with the TwC, I had done many trades, MMed, and helped sythe in many ways[donating, spam reports, guiding many new users, so forth]. I knew what I did was wrong and I would like to sincerely apologize to the staff for my mistake. ​

I do not know, if he sold it or redeemed it. The code he had sent me was not checked due to the fact, I did not have a netflix account. The user [Scuba Steve] is currently banned for scamming 50m rsgp, and I am pretty sure the code he gave me, does not work at all. He was not a legitimate sythe user [had bad intentions], and now knowing that, I hope action can be taken upon me [TwC possibly removed]. I have stayed ALWAYS positive during my whole stay, was and still a very trusted MM [used frequently], had multiple trades of 1b+ and have a total amount traded/handed of $25k.

The rest is up to you staff to decide. When it came to mine and Scuba Steve's conflict, I had received the TwC, even though I gave him an upgrade afterwards and did not use the Netflix code. Hopefully, you'll realize who stayed legitimate and who did not.

I am in favor of the TwC removal, but i think any other shady activity should receive a straight ban, not just a TwC.

I see you've made some positive steps after receiving your 2nd TwC which is pleasing, although if something like this was to happen again, I'd like to see you perm banned with any future pardons denied instantly. For the record, your initial attitude towards this TwC was horrible, and I wouldn't have ever supported the removal then and there, but I'm glad that you've started amending your attitude.

If you guys are so concerned as to say that he should be perm banned if something happens again, his TwC should stay.

That being said, I support the TwC being removed.

 

Best post on the thread yet. I am apathetic, however saying TwC should be removed yet he should be banned if anything happens again seems almost conflicting.

 

Exactly my point, however my opinion is that it should be removed. While the behavior was shady, I don't think he should have to pay for something that didn't work nor was confirmed ever worked.

The trade did happen and was successfully COMPLETED. This was the ONLY account, tryce had discussed and traded with me (123/136). Then, I resold this to Keshyman (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1140252). He had recovered this account, and I am in loss of the gp due to I must repay keshyman or get the account back. But, the problem is, he wants more gp in order for the account to be given back to him. If you want more confirmation, PM keshyman. I and him have full information to the account. Tryce, himself, PMed me all the info to the account after the trade was successfully completed. And one more thing, he is NOT blocked on my contact list. Can screenshot it and provide it. He had scammed me and now will not give back the account.. I am in loss due to I must repay keshyman.
