Sell to Viou in the future, a couple cents cheaper/mil for absolute peace of mind is well worth it IMO.

That's funny -- Last night he tried to get me to sell him 5Bil and I felt something was wrong so i delayed it until today. Good for me i guess --BTW as of last night he wasn't hacked, because I asked him to send me a msg on forums and he did, but when I asked him to verify the amount he was buying he wouldn't do it. That's what tipped me off.

 

Still doesn't make sense (about G Unot). He prob scammed at best $4k's worth, compare that to his $43k handled on Sythe thus far. Unless he was planning something much bigger but couldn't pull it off, just doesn't seem to make much sense.

Well he did that 43k in lots of different transactions. He probably wanted to leave and just get away with what ever he could get his hands on. :/

 

You have to remember he didn't handle $43k at once, it was accumulated over time, so who cares about how much he handled vs amount he scammed.

This. It is likely that the total profit he had gained during his time in sythe is somewhere around $4k which I guess gave him the incentive to scam as much as possible. With the ease of offloading gold nowadays, scammers are becoming more and more common. As always, my best recommendation is to sell to trusted buyers at a few cents below market price .

I, along with video, had thought that g unot was up to something. Unfortunately we were unable to prove it in this case and the user was able to scam thousands of dollars in gold before he was banned .

 

Wouldn't be too surprised if I saw a dispute soon titled:

G unot - I was hacked

 

Obviously he handled $43k, but it was not all in one go, the $4k was probably the most he handled in one time, and got greedy so scammed it

 

Even if that's the case, he has to pay back about 6.5b/$3200 before he can return

 

His account on sythe was hacked, not his msn, the hacker didn't have access to his msn (I guess, different passwords.) The hacker was using "[email protected]" which is not Dren. I also asked [email protected] for his phone number, and he gave me an arizona number, I know Dren is from Tenn, and I have Dren's number, which wasn't the number the hacker gave me.

 

aren't the two emails listed above the same? or am i missing something?
