Best way to send money

So, I'm say, 15-17, somewhere around there. I would like to buy some cash, but how would I? :3 I think you have to be 18 to do W.U., What would be the best way for me to buy RSGP? :3 I should have $40, I want to buy 75-80m.. Suggestions?

 

Paypal is the main way but just ask your parent to go western union with you to transfer it.. it only takes 5 mins not even.

 

I don't think they'd be big on sending my money to an illegitimate black market salesman of online currency. But thanks Could I just send it myself? Do they ask for ID?

 

Usually at my spot they do.
If you have a debitcard/bank account you can hook it up with paypal>
its pretty easy. Or just tell your parents its for a good cause or get them
to escort you through the payment
