This guy is saying he ordered from me in playerauctions and that it is pending.

I see no orders come up and have not received any emails yet.

It it possible that it has to verify BEFORE I get any notice or is he just stringing me along?

No as soon as he makes an order you get an email. Even if it hasnt been verified it should appear on PA

    Thats what I was thinking.

He was hinting about just cancelling it and using paypal.

Lots of people think just because a payment is COMPLETED it means it is also verified. Thats not the case.. they are two completely different processes. Yes it will show that they paid on paypal, but until playerauctions takes the time to verify payment you aren't safe to deliver. If you are supposed to deliver it will say pending delivery under "Your Action Required."

Check under "Active Orders" on the left panel of "My Account". There it lists all orders that have been made. However, don't deliver until "Pending Delivery" shows up as the status. If nothing shows up under "Active Orders" then his payment might have been declined or reversed. In the image you showed, you can see the status as "Pending". That means it hasn't been received fully by PlayerAuctions.

PlayerAuctions gonna need to verify the buyers account or somehow that way so it'll be delayed.
