Scammed by Secnx.com due to hack

Explanation of the trade: like always, i open a ticket on the discord of secnx.com. I've done over 30b worth of trades with the owner. Today I've gotten several offers for gold. I accepted the last one.
How they scammed: they offered me bulk for discounted price. I always request a certain prices once it reaches that price, i get a tag. This time the price was great and I've send 685$ worth of LTC to their address.

When contacting with the support on the website secnx.com they told me there was a hack. 3-4 customers got scammed.

@Pikachu sadly all of the information was on their Discord. If secnx recovered the discord, he might be able to see the ticket if its not removed yet.

I believe secnx was not the scammer here. But it was done under his name, in his discord.

He isn't responding to me at this moment on the website, I also don't know who's the one replying on the support ticket (website)

 

Hello, since I myself was kicked out of the server during the time period I am not sure who has been scammed by the account which hi-jacked the server. Please post any relative screenshots you have and I will proceed as sythe see's fit

 

I completely understand you but you know by now, what method of scamming was used.

The open ticket we had for pricing earlier in that day, was used to tag me with the current price. This is the same method you use to conduct trades with me. I haven't made any screenshots due to nothing being "weird" during this conversation.
After making the deal and sending the 685$ LTC I got kicked from the server. There's no way for me to get back into the server and reviewing the ticket.

The only thing I have is the LTC used aswell as the timing on everything.
What else can I get?

 

That's correct, the hi-jacker changed his name to mine and ranked himself in the server and posted cheap deals which made people create tickets to purchase or sell gold and if you are booted from the server before taking a screenshot of the conversation then proving what happened will make it difficult. I completely agree with you, and I am sure this has happened to people, and I want to find a way to make it right. However sythe decides is fair to proceed, I will go with it. I'm waiting for pikachu's response.
