    What happened to 'Claim & Cancel?'
    I thought if the buyer claimed and cancelled the transaction on paypal they could no longer recover the fund? Me as a seller who want to sell gold i am always looking for new ways...

    Anyone tell me what happened to this? because back in 2007-2009 everyone wanted people to claim and cancel the transaction? does anyone know if this got nerfed please?

    People on irc were saying that you can still do this, but im 90% sure they fixed it to where you cant.

    What happened to 'Claim & Cancel?'
    To do a claim and cancel nowadays you must dispute transaction first, then call Paypal customer service and tell them you made a mistake and want to close the dispute.
