Buying an account off staff only!

Hey I'm looking to buy an account for around 200$ US.
I will be paying via WU or if you live near Quebec, Canada we will do the trade up front.

My requirements are

130+ combat
2100+ Total Level
Bank doesn't concern me
Most quests done
80+ Dung
90+ Slayer
Maxed Combat
88+ Summoning
99 Prayer/Herblore
Now these requirements don't all have to be met if you meet most of them its fine.

Please don't post if your not staff because accounts are easily recovered and i don't want to waste my time with anyone who's not trustworthy.

If you are staff please provide your contact information and if possible some pictures of the account/price.
