Paypal called me about a negative balance of 332

Some guy called me from paypal and we talked about the balance and he said you got two months to pay it after that it gets locked and deleted as unpaid. I told him I'm 15 and can't pay it legally and hung up.. I'm scared of going to court for this >.> it's stressing me out a lot.. What can they do for this ? Ik they'll send me to debt collectors

 

Looks like you're going to have to bite the bullet and ask your parents for help on this one. That's what I'd do. tell Them you will pay them back in full with chores and cash if you can find it, and you will never make another paypal.

 

Although you may get into serious trouble, I think coming clean to your parents is ultimately the best option. If however, you have an older brother/sister who would be willing to help you out, I'd ask them if you could borrow the money, and help them out in anyway possible.

 

Could just ignore it? I mean if ur underage they can't do anyhting. Next time manage ur money wisely bruh.

Option 1: Talk to your parents or siblings to get help and ask if they can borrow you some money first.

Option 2: Stay calm. Just ignore it as you're 15 and they can't do anything with underage.

Nothing can happen, chill out relax and make some money here to maybe pay it back

 

Tell your parents, may seem like a stupid idea 'cos you'll get in trouble but who cares, the trouble you could get into could be worse.
Or just ignore it and hope nothing happens, i'd personally come clean.

 

I have a PayPal account with a -99.67 from a chargeback and another one with a -62.05 from a chargeback. PayPal doesn't care. They make millions everyday from charging to send large amounts of cash, and taking %'s of eBay income. They'll do nothing to you. Don't worry.

 

Find the guy who told you this over the phone and shove a bullwhip up his ass till he coughs up the money you need and then threaten to kill his parents if he says anything to anyone about what happened. This method may not suit you but it helps me out in this kind of a situation.

 

Please ignore the people telling you to pay it off, you legally don't have a credit score yet, thus this doesn't affect you in anyway, and debt collectors can't legally contact or call you either, they can't and WON'T take you to court over this, so just ignore it.

My brother has a paypal account -$1,926.
My Mom has a paypal account with a paypal credit card on it which has -$2,600 or so on it, they won't take her to court, it's been 2 years, they don't even bother calling her anymore.

Two examples, they're both bad with money, but paypal doesn't bother with small claims court that much, it costs them more than they get back, they mite contact a debt collector agency to call you about it, but that would only happen if you're 18+ and had valid paypal information.

Oh, be warned though, if you ever attach a bank account to your paypal and your paypal goes negative, they'll auto withdraw it from your bank, and if your bank goes negative by like $1 bam overdraft fee, I've lost so much like that due to kids charging back.. Usually it'd be like me buying double the gold I sold..

 

Legally you don't have to pay it back because your under the age off 18, phone there claims department and you'll have to send them a scanned copy of proof of identity and age.
However as soon as your 18 I'm sure they'll want there money back.

 

They won't do anything due to you being underage, just ignore them.

I know how that stress feels, it's awful.

 

Tell your parents and ask them to bail you out, this happened to me and my parents were okay with it, i just had to do a lot of chores

 

Your underage, chill out bro. Tell them to piss off, they can't do anything legal against you since you're 15.
