(All you have to do is buy a house from a real-estate agent. Located in seers village, and falador, And only Requires a Construction Level Of 1)

Quick Prayer's Set To Protect From Magic
As well as any bonus prays you want the script to use eg. Turmoil)
(bonus prays increase profit p/h)

Prayer Potions.
(uses 5 Prayer pots per trip so buy as many as you think you need)

Anti-Fire Potions.
(Uses 3 Anti-Fire Potions per trip so buy as many as you think you need)

House teleport Tabs.
(uses 2 tabs per trip so buy as many as you think you need)

Summoning Pouch's
(Eg. Terror bird, war tort, pak yak uses one pouch every average of 45 mins)


Wear whatever armour you think is sufficient!
I will post the money/hour, xp rates, etc once I have my first customer!
Higher the account combat stats=more xp because of more trips to bank!
