Casey Anthony found NOT GUILTY on charges for murder

I don't know why the whole case went on for so long, they could have concluded it in a few months instead of a few years. I don't really buy it that she could be not guilty, especially if her daughter was unseen for 6 months and then found dead.

 

Explain the air extracted from her car? It all links towards those internet searches, and the search history found on her OWN hard drive. A month not reporting to police is not only suspicious but shows the intent of a Murder criminal. I'm not arguing the case wasn't well put, but saying there was no case at all is crazy.

 

You guys are mad at her for killing her daughter, but there are probably more people who killed their children through abortion, which is the same thing.

a) You copied that from somebody's ******* account, can't remember whose.

b) It's nowhere near the same thing.

 

Hahanerd ,who the hell are you to judge weather or not she is guilty - You do not have ALL the facts nor any back story of what happened.

You can not just assume she is guilty because you feel she is - She's found Not guilty - End off?

 

Whether she deserved it or not, my point still stands.

The Jury spooked because of the death penalty. Some of the Jury were most likely uneasy with sentencing someone to death especially on a touchy iffy case such as this one. Look at what happened today, the Jury decided not to speak on public television because they were afraid of ridicule from their decision. No one wants to be labeled as "THAT guy/girl" who voted yes to kill someone.

 

"Even if she is guilty, I'd rather know that we have a justice system where we let too many guilty people go free than one where we let too many innocent people have their lives destroyed by false convictions."

Child abuse - the physical or emotional or sexual mistreatment of children.

12 years, off the bat. The first sign that the entire trial was fucked up.

 

The kid was dead. Does not apply.

 

You can make the assumption she killed her child as many have but honestly there is no proof. In court it only matters want you can prove.

She's facing charges and looking at 4 years for lying to the cops. But she's already served 3, and will probably get timed served so honestly she's looking at 1 year for killing her daughter.

 

She should be sentenced to death, fuck her.

 

I'm from Orlando where this trial was held and it was on the news here 24/7 for 3 years. The verdict was BS.
