    It's your responsibility to provide a refund/re-recovery of any account you have sold even though you're not the original owner. its YOUR responsibility to talk to the original owner to get it recovered to hand it over to your buyer. If you cannot get it recovered, you owe him the money he bought for the account and if you don't refund him soon you can get hammered.

    EDIT: If mods let this excuse fly through, buying accounts would be utterly useless
