Casey Anthony found NOT GUILTY on charges for murder

Pissed. I watched the case during my vacation, I don't know how they found her not guilty.

 

Judged was paid off...

 

This the the first I've heard of this, was it obvious that she killed her daughter?

Sorry for stupid question, I'm not one to watch the news very often.

 

One of the main reasons why I think she was found not guilty is because they were seeking the death penalty. Might have changed Jurors minds as to whether to convict her or not.

 

What a load of bullshit.

 

Very disappointed when I heard it as well. Sad day.

She partied for a month, and then her mother still had to call 911. SHE KILLED HER DAUGHTER! and she is fucking free. Its disgusting. Ive been following this for 3 years. I left the beach to make sure i could see the verdict on this trial. Its complete bullshit and I am disgusted.

 

The bitch deserved the death penalty. But hey, if I were her, I'd rather be dead than have to live the rest of my life with shame and ridicule following me wherever I go. I'll give it a month before she commits suicide

 

No, shes happy shes free and her daughters dead. Now, she for the can party as long as she wants. No one is going to her but she will still get rich. Shes going to make a lifetime movie, write a book, etc. etc. and shes going to get rich. She destroyed her family and she killed her child but she doesnt care. Now she can do whatever she wants.

 

For some reason, I really doubt she's going to have any success whatsoever with writing a movie/book >_>

and yeah she might as well take the death penalty because not only did she commit the murder but everyone knows her now so she will never get a steady job, or even taken seriously.

 

I hate all trials like this, and there are a select few people who did nothing and got put in jail for years.

I'd like to take a moment and remind everyone that the court system works under the concept of "innocent until proven guilty" while you may have personal opinions of this case she is officially considered innocent. I myself have followed the case some and think she had some very good lawyers however the reason she probably received the not guilty verdict is because the general public has become so engrossed with tv shows like Bones and Numb3rs and other crime fighting shows that they expect DNA and matches to everything via science. Unfortunately though that is not always possible to prove and leaves doubts in juries minds which lead to a not guilty verdict.

 

I've never heard about this case, but if you know you're daughter is dead, party for 31 days, and then report it to the cops, there's something not right.

Even though most of the evidence was circumstantial, there was still enough evidence to commit her to the first degree. Air samplings of her trunk proved their were chemical compounds. Her search history was extremely obvious. The fact she didn't even report the 'disappearance' of her daughter until an ENTIRE month later wasn't enough? She was guilty on providing false information to an officer yet they cannot convict her of murder? A monster is being released back into society and it's truly a shame.

 

She lied to the courts numerous times and should face an obstruction of justice charge for failure to report her own daughter murder. To prove murder though in a court of law it has to be clear and convience proof.
