Lockouts on legacy accs

I have experienced lockouts on legacy HCIM accs i was going to train into standard marketable 99FM+bgloves etc. for my boss. Lockouts happened on all accounts basically within 24h. One of those accs even got lock out after I've done nothing but move it to GE and park it there waiting to be bonded. These accs were standard unregistered making them very hard to recover and likely functionally lost.

I've heard this didn't just happen for me and started being an issue for multiple acc sellers and I am wondering how widespread it really is. Is it simply because I logged in via different IP than the acc was created on? Are there people that are not experiencing this and still making accs normally? Or maybe I've just been picked by some shizo rule in Jagex's detection AI and simply been sent into the shadow realm? Bear in mind that I've serviced accs since 2019 and rarely ever had locks with customer accs.

 

My problem is that registered/Jagex Acc might be unmarketable unless this happens to literally everyone
