User Services safety and security?

I'm looking to start up a defender service/questing service but i'm not sure how exactly to go.

- proxies?
- other tools?

safety & security?

ie; would you use a proxy if you're performing services for multiple people at once?

 

You would have to use a proxy to stop jagex from locking and blacklisting your i.p as a ingame service provider which is against there rules, So if your going to do it, Use a vps or something,
