    So you (as a seller) are willing to risk $700 due to a chargeback which is HIGHLY likely (just from experience) over doing a trade through PA (which has been proven to be a credible site) who many of the top Gold sellers on Sythe have had no trouble selling bils through? I would understand if the OP was trusted on Sythe (multiple legit trades and etc), but this is clearly not the case.
