Remove twc

Describe the problem:

What current rule(s) tackle this problem: remove the twc?

this does not make sense. as we have been advancing over time.to new technologies, a twc anyone can remove it using any home ip and say it is already from home. when in fact it is not
I mean they go anywhere to publish, which is not their home to be more specific.

Explain the change:

Explain why this change will fix the problem: it would be a better option. for new users like me. who want to enjoy the forun and can not.

Side-effects: Distrust of users who have a TWC as if they were a bad person, not being able to perform some activities

No home IP TWC ranks are issued for the safety of the community.

There are too many ban evaders to completely remove the TWC system, and doing so would just allow ban evaders to come back on a new account 2 seconds after being banned with no preventative measures in place. Even if a user posts from a home IP that is not their actual house, they still leave a digital footprint that aids staff in identifying them. No support.
