    RiD or nexus?

Hey all, I'm looking to bot 99 crafting on my main via jewlery, at 60k/xp an hour making ruby bracelets. I know RiD has very little to low ban rate, but if Nexus can do the same thing with little banrate I'd rather save the money. I heard running the bot @ edge on a pk world will blend in with the crowd of people.

My question is to all of you guys, should I buy 200 hours of RiD's crafter, or just buy nexus auth for $9 and run it, saving $7 or so, as 200 hours =~$16.
Has anyone ever been banned with Nexus' jewlery bot/ever messed up for an extended period of time? And is RiD's jewlery bot any good? I've already used my free tokens for this month on MTA lol.

Debating on this, need your guys' thoughts.
    Thanks.

    RiD or nexus?

I'd go with RiD, especially if it is on an account you value.

Also, some of the lesser used bots on rsbots.net do seem to be neglected in terms of maintenance. I'd go with RiD for the reduced risk with only a minimal increase in price.

My general philosophy to determine this is:

Will you be botting for mass goldfarming?
    If yes, nexus
    If no...

Do you care a TON about the account?
    If yes, RiD
    If no, nexus

Yeah but the jewlery forum is dead ;\ and the only few threads there are saying really good things and the other few say really bad things
I guess it's a good way to view things. I'll go with RiD i guess, if i can install a VM.

I haven't heard any bad things about the crafting bot in Neitiznot, and I have heard of a few people getting 99 recently with it, and I myself have achieved over 85. RiD is currently updated and fixing almost every error that comes his way, so once he reaches the crafting bot it should work better than ever. It supports pretty much all jewelry done at the furnace, so you can get money, or a ton of exp. If there is any repetitive problem with it I can let RiD know and try and get it fixed asap.

That's a tough one, RiD and Nexus are great. But I will go with nexus being a long time user.

Yeah, that's the thing i like about RiD, the customer service.
Does it run flawlessly at Edge furnace?

Does the bot work well on nexus? I don't want to buy smittehs bots, as most of them are garbage.

It doesn't support Edgeville yet (being worked on), but Neitiznot is pretty much flawless from what I've seen, runs 15 hours straight as long as it doesn't get a random it can't solve (about 3-4 are solvable atm). RiDiverse can also craft d'hides, and do lunars (string ammies, etc) and I am pushing RiD to add SuperGlass make, which would get 40k magic exp + 60k crafting exp + 500k profit an hour.

That actually sounds awesome, because I can babysit it at all times.
However, would superglass make be ready within a month or so? It sounds awesome :p, or would RiDverse support it right now?

    In my honest opinion,

Rid might be better, but that's not to say that nexus isn't amazing.

Rid has a guide line, they say you should bot only a certain amount of time ect. Then claim to have no bans (or very little)...

If nexus users only botted 4 hours a day and only used the updated scripts there would be a very small amount of bans with that bot aswell. Just my thoughts.

    RiD or nexus?

The guidelines we have are in place for an "average user." We have had no bans from anyone that remain within the guidelines. Those that have been banned have severely broken our guidelines. However, most of us do bot more than what the guidelines say, and are perfectly fine.

Its all about botting smart. If you play 5 hours legit, and bot 12 randomly.....see where I'm going with this?

I could go into more details about the differences between Nexus/RiD and why RiD is undetectable, and Nexus isn't....but I'll save that for Trent ;)

Go with NeXuS, you won't get banned. RiD is overrated.

Hmm, is the nexus bot any good? Cause most of smittehs bots are garbage, and the threads on there say it sucks.

Do you think it would be accurate to say that most nexus botters bot for more hours on average than those using rid?

You can "bot smart" using both clients.

I don't know enough about your client to argue about the detectibility. It very well could be "less" detectable but nexus is fairly undetectable itself proven by the amount of users who don't get banned.

No hate on your bot, i might use it soon, and from vids i've seen they're really cool/advanced.

My main point is the claim made by rid is that they have little/no bans.. but thats with users who don't bot hard.. i think that could even be said with nexus bots :p

The nexus client itself is undetectable, but it's the mousemovements that give it away. Even if you botted only 4 hours a day, and somehow got reported or sent up flag, and your account got investigated, Jagex can easily detect where your mouse is at any given time during the investigation (as long as it is on the game applet), and they can track the exact mouse movements and figure out the exact algorithms. If it's always an exact range, (which it is with Nexus), or always an exact algorithm, even with a built in range of random mouse movements, it can easily be detected, and they can ban you. I've had 15 accounts banned using Nexus in the last 9 months. I follow RiD's guidelines while using them, but it didn't matter. You can always 'bot smart' with Nexus, but because of the actual nature and code in a script for Nexus, Jagex will always be able to prove you are botting, and can always ban you. With RiD the only chance you have at getting banned is completely under the users control. Everything you can be banned for by using RiD is 100% user created, and is 100% avoidable by following the Guidelines. The Guidelines are things that are completely dependent on the user. It will never be the actual bot that gets you banned while using RiD, it's doing things that YOU DO, that prove to Jagex that you are botting. The Guidelines are a 100% foolproof method of not receiving a ban while using RiD. The fact of the matter: If you get banned using other bots while following RiD's Guidelines, then the bot is in fact, NOT undetectable. Period.

Yeah it will DEFINITELY be ready within a month. All I can say is soon :)

RiD's Guidelines say 8 hours a day, which is for the average human. You can read the first part of this post to see why you can still be banned with Nexus even doing 1 hour a day. It's the fact that Nexus uses exact looping scripts, and has decompilable mouse movement algorithms which are nonhuman.

Oh really? Is that why I've been banned 15 times in the past 9 months with Nexus, and 10 time with RSBuddy, yet I don't even have a single offense with RiD in more than twice the time and 3x the amount of botting time? Your logic fails. Try harder.

    ------------------------------------------------

Overall if you want to take the chance of getting banned, and have a script written by someone in high school, which is cheaper and has lifetime usage, then go with Nexus.

If you want to have a 0 chance of getting banned, and use a bot with programmed Artificial Intelligence made by a guy with a Bachelor's degree who has taken some of the most advanced programming and mathematics classes available at one of the best programming universities in the United Kingdom, instead of infinitely looping scripts made by people taking High School level Java classes, which costs a bit more, pays by the hour, and can only run 1 of each bot at a time, then go with RiD... This is as black and white as you can get, so it really is up to you.

Btw my sig links to the RiD website incase you are interested.

Yeah, I'm going with RiD now lol.

I've used it before (powerminer/mta/construction) so I know the guidelines& all about the bots.
I appreciate everyones comments also, just waiting for RiD to implent superglass make and i'll purchase ~400 hours for me and my brother's 99, ;).

Plus most of smittehs bots are complete garbage and he doesn't deserve a dime from me.
    Thanks Trent.
