Sythe Account Hacked

Hi there. Im not too sure where to post this, so if it is in the wrong section, could a moderator please move it.

So my brother sythe account "Noobie in Forums" has been hacked. He tried logging in the other day and saw that his password has been changed, he went on to try to recover the password through his email but he saw that the email was changed to, I have no idea you could do that but he made his account with the email "[email protected]" and when he goes to recover it, it says that Sythe.org does not recognize that email, he is 100% sure thats the email he created it with because its the only one he has and the one hes been using all this time.

Im not sure what else we can do to recover his account but he is an active member in this community with many vouches and many services which he offers.

If a mod or administrator could help him out please contact me so we may work together to retirive my brothers sythe account.
