Yes, get the Rapier. It would be better if the attack was higher instead of strength, but defense is good nonetheless. Rapier would make it a beast.

The Attack is too low for boxing.

There are people his combat level with 99 Attack and 99
Defense and 80 Strength.

Strength is not good unless you're combat is 113+ (Maxed out too btw)

 

Rapier would complete that account.

Look's like it would be sick with a rapier. 9/10

I'd give both a go, rapier staking & boxing alike. Though that may take some time.

Thank you guys for the rating's wish i would of gotten 99 attack instead should of asked before i made but im working on 99 defence atm 40k xp til 96 =] im just going to max it most likely maybe make another one in the future with 99 attack 99 defence 80 str ?

 

Just get that 85 dungeoneering you will be set.
