Need Help, ruescape membership

I arranged to buy 3 runescape memberships off a member of sythe after i had read hs thread, when i send him the money via paypal, he didnt recieve it even although it had cleary been sent. And due to this my paypal account has been limited and i am left without $15 and 3 months of rs membership. It has now been two week since my purchase and cant sort it out can someone help me?

 

the person who you did trade with, scammed you. he DID get the paypal.

 

he showed me a screenshot of his account afterwards and no payment and his money was in negative :S

 

It's not hard to transfer money from your paypal account. Verify that your transaction went through with paypal. If it did, he scammed you. Sorry bud.

 

That is quite weird to be honest :S

 

Report the person, maybe he screens shotted a different email or something?

 

ok thanks for all the responses i spoke with paypal and he did recieve the money just said that he hadn't recieved it and somehow showed that he didn recieve the money he has now gone on to scam several other people, where do you report someone? And i presume there is no way to recover my money? Thanks

 

He could have edited/faked the screenshot or just moved the funds over to another account. File a scam report located at the bottom of the main page of the forums.
You can try to dispute and get money back.
