    Sweating...

Hello guys, so i have a issue with sweating...
I'm 15 now, and before i've never had any problems with it.
As im getting older, i'm going through 'being a teenager'.
My mom says it's just part of my age, to start sweating etc.
But i feel like i'm the only one with this problem...
I mostly sweat under my arms, even when i'm not really active.
Like now, i just woke up, got downstairs, eat breakfast etc, and now i'm at my pc.
I'm not doing anything, but i still sweat under my arms.
I'ts not like alot, not even close but still.
Why do i sweat when im not active at all.
Also i got sweat feet, my socks smell horrible and i don't know why i sweat there.
Also i got sweat hands, it's so annoying.
I pay attention to it all the time, i'm always worried when i do things, and that makes me sweat more.
I feel like i'm the only one, and im really scared someone notices about me.
Does everyone have this at this age, or is it just me?
Will it get over, or worse?

I used to sweat when i played computer like you as you said not a lot, but noticeble.

    Listen,

Sweating is not from being active or running around... one of the biggest misconceptions ever. It has a lot of dependencies such as humidity, nervousness the way you feeling, etc..

It could also be from your diet. Mine went away, and I dont sweat anymore unless ive gotten out the shower and come to the pc.

Also, why do you care what people notice about you, you are going through the changes not them so they have no say.

Don't worry about it mate, keep a towel and just wipe it whenever u feel fit :)

I don't follow a diet or something, and i didn't know sweating is not from being active.
    Thanks alot man.
And i care if people notices sweating about me cause i wan't people not to know about me.
And i dont smell, but i know people who stink terrible, and if you sweat, okay no problem.
But you can do something about the smell, other people dont have to sit in your stank because your too lazy to put on some deoderant.

    Sweating...

I used to sweat when I went on the computer. The only way I'll sweat is if I'm on the computer for hours.

Just use a deodorant, you'll be fine. Nothing to be worrying about, It's not a health issue.

    Sweating...

Finn wrote a guide about excessive sweating - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=999767

It's reported that many people have the same problem as you, some far worse, others the same. I'm not sure about how to answer your last question, as I'm not very knowledgeable in this field. What I do know however, is that puberty affects the sweat glands, causing them to grow in size. I don't think this is reversible, so it seems your going to have to find some form of treatment be it topical, or even surgical.

I know Finn wrote a guide about it.
My main question is, will it get over eventually, or worse?

    Sweating...

    It's bound to get worse.

From my knowledge, the increase in the size or production of sweat in your sweat glands is irreversible, and is caused by puberty.

You can put it that way.

As I said, your options of remedying the problem would be topical, or sometimes surgical.

Your body may naturally produce more or less sweat depending on numerous factors. However, It's safe to say while there is that chance that it may mitigate dramatically, for the most part it won't.

The best way however is to simply trial and error different types of treatments.

    I don't have this problem.

I do know however that they should work, surgically it will definitely. Topically, will require trial and error till you find one to your liking.

    Sweating...

I have a similar problem to you. When I am sitting at my PC on weekends, I sweat excessively under my arms, and small amounts of exercise such as walking to school (a 10-15 minute walk, it's not that it tires me out or I'm really out of shape, I just sweat a lot) make me sweat quite a lot too, even if it's quite dark outside or raining.

I would definitely recommend the advice given here - http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=999767

I bought the product myself, and I can assure you it works wonders. One £6 GBP bottle will last you about a year, granted you may experience a little bit of itching at night the first few times you use it, but from then on it's straight sailing and you're on your way to freedom! (of sweat )

    Good luck!

P.S The product is available on Amazon.

Alot of people put extra shirts in their bag, but when you change your shirt, people will think like 'Huh, why he changes shirt'?
And you have to explain you sweat, i dont like people to know about me.
Also, i dont have it soo bad that i got huge spots on my shirts, mostly i got none.
But putting on a fresh shirt is clean, and its better for yourself.
So i think about it :)
Also goodluck with your sweat problem ^_^
