Abbysal Whip street price

I've recently seen that people have been buying and selling Abbysal Whips for well over market price (people are asking up to 2.1m for whips whereas the market price is 1m, at the time of making this thread). After checking prices, it hasn't even risen that much. Is there a reason for the recent rise in street price?

 

There's going to be an update for them soon. You can like, attach something to your whip if you have the levels required, which adds to the stats.

 

theres already a thread about this but i think it requires 85 attack and 85 slayer for the attatchment and i think you can also poison the whip to

 

Will these new 'upgraded' whips be tradeable though?

 

Looks like the Chaotic weapons will finally have some competition.
LOL JK rapier will probably be better.

 

i read earlier it could be the items to increase the stats might be tradeable so those might be what sucks the extra money away, not the whip....

we wont know till the update or more new comes out.

 

Probably not, like with the colored whips and colored robins. Have to revert it to normal before you can sell it.
