Make a Lending Fourm?

I think it would be a good idea

 

I support because again it would help organize the forums in a way. It would get rid of the lending posts in other services which would clear it up a bit.

 

There's nothing negative about the idea of cleaning up the 'Other Section' itself. What people are concerned is the dangers of using an Account Lendings services which are very minimal considering all account lendings don't go past the 24 hours mark and people only charge 4-6mil for a 24 hour rental so if the person decides to recover the account during that time period its a small lost. You can make the argument borrowing accounts is dangerous but isn't buying accounts dangerous as well? People have lots thousands of dollars buying accounts only to have them recovered later.

Support, i prob only have got like 5 veiws on mine, no post, so i can't bump it until 48 hours later. Had to turn to the RS forums for this XD

 

It's not about loaning money. The OP is trying to say that, instead of having 2 closely related (near to) dead sub-forums, it would be better to revitalise them by merging them, and making it a broader range.

I personally think it's a good idea. I find that the Runescape Market forum has so many different sub-forums, it would be good to put them together and make them broader. Although, this couldn't be done with the account trading forums, due to so many being posted daily (which, I know, isn't the point of your post )

I support this idea. Having a general "Lending Section" will increase the activity of the current two sections.

 

Currently there are 9/20 account rent threads on the front page of the "Other services" forum. That's almost half.

I personally think that's a good enough reason to make a new forum for "Account Lending" rather than letting it dominate the "Other Services" forum.

 

Lets clean the Other Section!

 

Support it will un-clutter the other services forum and bring more activity to the item lending forum. Overall a good idea and I hope to see it implanted in the near future.

 

We have rich sythe users. i imagine alot of our members would lend..

Agreed, there are too many sub-sections and they need to be cut down.
