On transferring names...READ THIS

Recently there have been a TON of reports of names being stolen during the transferring process. I've even been informed that there is a person who literally sits on Sythe, watches Rare Names being sold, then steals them with an AutoClicker...That being said,



*If you've bought a Rare Name on Sythe recently, DO NOT USE THE OFFENSIVE NAME METHOD TO TRANSFER!
-There is a good chance that the person who has been stealing many people's names, including a couple of my own, could steals yours too.

*DO NOT CHANGE THE NAME IMMEDIATELY AFTER BUYING IT AND DO NOT TRANSFER IT ON THE 28th DAY.
-Wait a couple days to change it and do the transfer in the very early morning/very late night.

*PLEASE JUST BE PATIENT FOR A MONTH, AND DO NOT TELL ANYONE YOU ARE TRANSFERRING THE NAME!
-Because it's getting riskier to transfer, try and buy only from trusted members if at all possible, to reduce the risk of the account getting recovered/stolen

Lol, but I'm talkin about names being sold right now, there's some mother fucker who watches them and waits for them to be transferred, and then sets up an autoclicker.

 

It is very difficult in buying rare names now. People tend to set autoclickers and so forth on rare names. I tend not to purchase them due to the fact its worthless, UNLESS the seller actually transfers name to me then I give payment.

I have a name that I want go transfer that's pretty rare, How should I go about it? It wasn't bought on Sythe.

 

You can always just ask Jagex to move it...

If it wasn't bought recently, I'd say it's pretty safe to use the offensive method. You should still wait a couple days though, then transfer it at a random time.

Worked for me, but for transferring a name between two accounts I had always owned. Might result in a ban from anyone else if you buy the account.

This method doesn't work at all if the account isnt yours as they require you to give a last name that matches the location of your creation IPs on both accounts and first payment details on both accounts.
