And it says my subscription is, active.

and yet... it won't let me into a member world? Umm... i'll post a pic later... but any help here guys?

I was on the runescape client so maybe, that was it. Trying firefox, and IE now.

Also try it on the rsbuddy client.

You should probably contact Jagex directly and ask them for advice.

goto your c drive and delete the folder called: .jagex_cache_32 (or 64)

and in your invidual user folder there should also be a folder titled the same

in xp: C:\Documents and Settings\insertusernamehere

 

foudn the first one... Can't find the second folder

 

The only reason I can think of why this occurs is because of chargebacks.

Did you use wire/cc/paypal?

I'm sure somebody had the same problem and has fixed it.

 

It's possible Jagex caught you botting and erased your membership, but the system they use to do so doesn't delete the "subscription active" message. Have you botted this account recently?

 

It's trying to charge your credit card, but there is no money in your account/number was changed. Your subscription IS active, you just don;t have any membership. It should say this in your message inbox.

 

Dosent say anything, and come to think of it.. i think my cc did expire.... Thanks.. But no message. And yes kerokero. I've been botting the living holy shit out of dung, but not excessivly. Like i'll bot for 3 hours, go lvl slayer, then tear shit up in clan wars.
