    What are the main reasons a account gets locked for?
    I bought this account, did the buyer recover?

    Or are there other possible reasons?

    What are the main reasons a account gets locked for?
    Recovery/Ip-changes daily, like someone from Canada logs in and off and 5 minutes laters someone in Africa logs in....Looks kinda sneaky.

    What are the main reasons a account gets locked for?
    Massive IP changes.
    Numerous failed recovery attempts.
    Jagex purposely locks due to excessive botting, followed promptly by a temp ban.

    Yea, the buyer most likely recovered.

    What are the main reasons a account gets locked for?
    It's very hasty to assume it was attempted to be recovered. Of the 100+ accounts I have sold, I have obviously not once tried to recover any back. Yet, still, I've had somewhere upwards of 30-40 locked accounts. Just do what is suggested in Gohan's sticky in account sales: contact the seller and ask it to be unlocked.

    What are the main reasons a account gets locked for?
    The 2 most common reason from what I know is, IP changes and caught botting for a couple of time.

    I dont know if the account was botted, but i will try and contact him.
