need script that will click a specific link in a web browser

im sure this is a fairly simple script, but i need it to click on a specific link on a web page. i play a mmorpg, and i want it to click on the first link. the link however is in a specific frame of the web page, and the link moves after every click. i was thinking something like you can enter what the link text is, and it will find it. thanks!

If the link moves randomly to a different spot every time, he wouldn't be able to record himself doing it as it wouldnt be the same
