    seems like a scammer to me, i made a legit offer and apparently he was busy/talking to other people/had to go to toilet/mom wanted something/busy again for like 1:30 Hours..so i wouldnt recommend wasting your time with this guy.

    EDIT: if i wanted to verify phat/and my offer in-game..he said ' im only discussing on msn atm' whatever that means lol.
