TWC People more often

Well you're basicly saying if me and you were gonna trade xbox account for paypal, and I couldn't change the email....I would back off does that mean I should be given a TWC?

 

Its not fair to say that someone who is trusted will eventually scam.

 

If anything it's the opposite, trusted members make the most money simply because they are trusted. A one time scam rarely equals more than what they would make in the long run just continuing to be legit.

If they are being suspicious about it, look up their msn on google.
See if they are banned on any websites, and check what for.
And if nothing, and they still deny doing increments. Just don't trade with them. If they are banned on other sites, don't trade them, period. Do more research, check why they are banned on the site, and report it. They will be banned.

Twc is given out, a lot.
Like Firez said, they can't just be throwing twc's out on every hunch, or everyone here, would be twc'd.

 

Kmjt - I did not mean it like that I'm sorry. I meant that alot of trusted members will eventually scam, however there are also certainly members who will never scam, ever.

I just think if the trader is acting shady, maybe on more than one occasion, a TWC should certainly be issued.

 

So you're saying I'm gonna scam, I'm one of the few "high profile" people around with a 2008 or earlier join date, along with high donor rank that hasn't been banned for scamming. I don't really deal in RS I understand it'd be easier for somone who's highly trusted like myself to scam say a phat set, but that seems to be trending with the RS kids.

 

Like I said, i certainly worded it wrong - however some guys will never scam, but there is people who will eventually scam after gaining much trust/vouches. The moment they start acting shady, E.G - refusing increments, OMM's, offering ridiculous prices, it becomes pretty obvious - they should be warranted a TWC

 

Talk about scammers qatarr you have about 5-6 people claiming that you are a scammer. In your thought process you should have a twc.

 

I personally would be ok with more specific rules governing TwC issuings. I know I'm not the only one to have had his msn hacked before

 

I agreed with this at first but what if someone got 5 of their friends to accuse someone they didnt like of scamming they shouldnt have a TWC so i guess proof would have to be required

2) You messaged me on MSN saying you wanted to "borrow" my blue h'ween mask THROUGH TRADE NOT LEND for 5 mil RSGP.

You deserve TwC then.

 

That I agree with TWC coming from msn hackings should be different than somone being shady.

Twc isnt given out as much as it should be I think.
Refusing to use omm should be auto-twc.

 

This idea is horrible. I ALWAYS reject increments. And yes, I still have people offer to do them with me. Does that mean I should get a TWC too? Seriously. This is just asinine.

OT: TWC can ruin peoples credibility, even if they were considered trusted before hand. They should only be handed out when necessary, when there is all but %100 proof that the person scammed/has scamming intentions

 

EXACTLY. TwC is distributed to people who are suspicious or are known to have an intention of scamming or have had several reports in which they can't be banned but can still be deemed eligible as potential scamming. TwC is not meant for people that seem iffy just because they don't want to trade a certain way.

 

I think the mods / admins should be able to make a judgement whether the person deserves a TWC or not but i think it should supply to some people.

 

Send reports to RaSc and we'll go from there. Ridiculous suggestion denied.
