Dispute a TWC

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Sold a legacy unregistered account
Customer imported to Jagex account
approx 4 weeks later Jagex account got disabled
Customer raised dispute advising account recovered
To this day, account with character name still on hi score with no extra xp gained on any stat (Jagex have increased disabling/locking accounts and sending recovery to creation email link)
We create accounts of level 3 tuts that have been purchased
I refunded customer, however my TOS wasn't explicit enough with mentioning I am not OO of accounts

I acknowledge that my TOS wording was the issue here and was not explicit enough, I generally believed the previous wording was adequate in inferring I am not OO. I have NEVER had another report of account recovery, in this instance I believe it was not and was simply disabled as Jagex have been doing. I refunded customer the full amount without mod direction, have updated TOS to explicitly mention we are not the OO of the legacy logins the accounts are built on.

Humbly request for the TWC to be pardoned.
