Scam report: Godspower33

Briefly explain the trade: Powerlevelling service from over on Powerbot, since he hasn't been active there I figured I'd make it here first. The powerlevelling request was for 40-75 Attack and 53-99 Strength; when the account was 60/75 and 94/99 he contacted me and asked me to stop because his main had been banned and he needed something to play, he told me I could keep the money.
How they scammed: When I first got on the account since I'd been paid with Paypal to help my detailed payment request message I changed the name from LilWCerman1 to LilWCerman1 so it could be proved which account it was for at least two months afterwards, recently the name was changed to 0o0 o0ollil0 and I received a chargeback just over a month after I'd initially started the request (27 May 2011).
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Proof that the person I traded with on powerbot is the same person as on here can be found in the next two screenshots where it shows a post on the sythe account and the address I'd been charged back from.



Extra info: The adventurers log for 0o0 0o0ollil0 is private but if he allows access to the RSS feed you can see when the last level-up to 94 strength was achieved, not recently at all. It can be assumed that I didn't scam him by not completing the service as a large time has passed without him making any sort of contact towards me regarding "delayed/unfinished" service and no scam report was opened; if needed I can provide images taken from the initial conversation where I am actually on the account (verifying starting bank value of zip) and trained at hill giants.

New post - My negative vouch was removed as per http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1169134 and I feel screenshots one and two are enough proof to show that my post was not unfounded and misleading. The first picture shows the email [email protected] connected to godspower33 and picture two shows a chargeback from that same email, picture three provides the details of the trade of an invoice he received in his paypal, paid and then charged back two months later. Also my thread hasn't had a response in 11+ days even to say he's been contacted and asked to try and explain himself.

I can get you screenshots of the initial conversation out of my video but nothing really after that. I'll get some now.

 

These establish that I received the account and started working on it, as per his post on http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1169134 where it shows him reporting his own message on his vouch thread "Please remove this from my vouch thread, this is not true, he is claiming i am some kid from another forum." it implies denial that I've ever dealt with him. I don't need to prove who he might be on Powerbot here since it's boiling down to me reporting someone who is a Sythe user who I've established the identity of through proof, ordered powerlevelling off me at some time in the past and recently chargedback.

 

I'd like some moderator input into this, it has been another 10 days since a moderator asked for chat screenshots and I posted them and I've kept the dispute still open. I would be satisfied if he cancelled the dispute but when reporting my post on his vouch thread what he said implied denial that he was the person I dealt with. I've connected him to this transaction with two of his emails, the msn and his paypal email and does it really matter where the deal originated because this is about a person who is a member of Sythe who scammed someone who was also an existing member of Sythe.

 

The user won his dispute when he was last logged onto Sythe (21/07/2011) and due to this I would be unwilling to accept any paypal payment from him and would want RSGP compensation.
