Need Help ASAP

Hey im getting this message when i try to open up some folders.

That's you're explorer.exe messing up. It's basically the windows GUI, sorta. '

I assume you tried restarting it, did that help at all?
How about reverting to a time before the problem with the System Restore feature?

 

I tried restarting, it didn't help...

I don't want to revert to a time before because ill loose my stuff wouldn't I ?

 

Only the stuff installed since the time you restore to. But obviously it was something that happened which messed up your deal, so since you don't know what it is, why not go back?

And, you can always back up the important stuff that you installed after the problem or restore point on a USB drive if you're worried about losing it. You most likely won't though.
