    i know its 1000 plus
    with dh, ags, ruby bolts, and keris
    not sure which one hits highest though

    well according to this site:

    http://www.scape-xp.com/runescape-max-hit-calculator.html

    using dragon claws you could hit: 457 x 228 x 114 x 115 (914).

    yeah I know there's some special dungeons with special NPCs where they allow you to hit insane amounts but that max hit I gave above is real

    the keris is the highest hitting weapon on rs, id say second is ags iv seen 1000+ hits with it

    Theoretically, though, Ice Barrage on 9 slayer monsters at once can easily hot over 3,000 (total). However, it is impossible as of now. Still, if you ice barraged 9 players, it would be way higher than Keris's hit :p

    Highest non-keris is 1100 with dharok I believe.

    Other than Keris I know you can hit 1200+ with Full profound in Castle wars. I'm not sure if it beats Keris, although it would have to be close to the second best way to hit super high.

    Depends on the circumstances...

    I know you can literally max your hits out in castle wars with the right potions/armor/prayer.

    There was a glitch in PvP which allowed you to hit over 1000 with DH which I believe would make it the highest hit in PvP yet.

    You can ruby bolt spec a 2000 on the avatar in Nomad's Requiem.

    Spent the past 10 minutes looking for the screenshot of when I did that quest, but couldn't find it :(
