Briefly explain the trade: i gave him 170m for .65/m paypal

How they scammed: after i traded him the gold hes been going slow, he never sent me the money in paypal, so i asked him if i could just get the gold back, but he had hundreds of alibis why he can't yet, took me almost an hour waiting, after awhile he made me come to world 35, so that was it he only prevented me on filing a scam report so he can still continue scamming people there, his been trading people there. he keeps trying to make me believe that he was going to refund, kept trading me but he wont hit accept at the second window instead he kepts whining how retarded her mom was =/ really this guy is fucking faggot.
