PayPal Help?

Alright, this isn't normal PayPal issues...

My account was limited a little over a month ago or so. I can't get it back for anything. I've called numerous times. They won't even give me a reason. Don't ask about any of this please.

Anyways, back on topic. I need to figure out how to make a new PayPal account. I can truly do anything. I can't make a new one in my name due to the fact that it'd instantly get closed.

I thought about changing the address to my dad's house and using a proxy/vpn for PayPal each time. I'd obviously be using my name still. I can get a new bank account/credit card if needed.

Truly any help with this is greatly appreciated. If somebody can give me an answer that is useful to making a new one that will make it not get limited, I'd be willing to pay.

Don't Suggest List:

Use a friend's/family member's name to do it. (taxes)
Ask about a rolling reverse or another thing. (i have already)
Suck it up and do something else. (don't troll)

what if you make a new one with a fake name get it verified with vcc, and sell your paypal funds instead. i dont really think your ip should affect this somehow unless you got ip blacklisted or something.

just trying to help not really a pro with these =p

 

You can make a new 1 with a new bank and prepaid card but eventually they will ask for ID, proof of address etc since I'm sure you will be handling a lot of money on PayPal, just withdraw as soon as you get and hope you don't get limited while you have a big balance, but then again withdrawing too much with a new account will make the suspicious and ask for extra info.

 

and try this man if you got limited using premiere paypal account you can make a new one using business type account it wont get limited(i know coz i have one), unless they told you that you are not allowed to use paypal anymore and not to bother try and make a new one coz they will just close it.

 

I asked on the phone if i can, they said no.
