    Tips on waking up?

Don't drink energy drinks before Work which involves alot of thinking or school / exams. Ingredients used in these drinks can affect your heartbeat and blood pressure, Harder to think about important stuff ect. People drinking energy drinks before exams = big mistake.

Put your alarm far away from you so you have to get up to turn it off. The farther the better, as long as you can still hear it well

    Tips on waking up?

Shouldn't this be in Personal Support?

OT: I have a huge problem waking up in the morning too.. As a result, I'm often late or actually miss a whole day of school - it sucks, it causes lots of problems with my family and of course the school aren't happy about it.. sigh..

I've tried pretty much everything as far as alarms go, I always just go back to sleep, never think of the consequences in the morning and then regret it later :(

I guess it could be in either, but I generally keep Personal Support for more serious help. In H&R you could ask questions ranging from any topic, so I'll keep it in here.
