    So what would we the best slayer bot? and how much would 40-99 slayer take?

    Perfect Slayer is probably going to be your best option.
    The time taken depends entirely on your combat level. Care to post your stats?

    70 att 80 str 70 def and 80 hp. Going for 99 def and att and i was thinking to get slayer tho:) also have 86 range.

    Depending on your setup it would probably take around 800-1000 hours of botting. You can max your melee stats in the process as well.

    Ive heard autoslayer is the best, I think its around 10-15k xp an hour. Higher at higher levels.

    PROTIP: If the developer does not exclusively develop for one website, go to the source - their personal website. Almost always the bots are cheaper from the original developer, not through a conglomerate website like RSB.
