negative $500 paypal balance! help!

i sold a bunch of shit on here, i used all the money to buy stuff on ebay and after i ordered a bunch of shit and its already being shipped i check my paypal and i have a negative 500$ balance,
am i going to go to jail halp im rattled

 

dont think you will be going to jail, you just need to find a way to put money on your paypal account to resolve the negative balance... take note that any money sent to the account or added to the account will go to the negative balance and eventually you will have a balance of $0.

maybe thank about opening a service on here so you can earn money and fix your negative balance.

 

You're only option is to find some way to earn the money.

 

Either way, you need to pay paypal back, or it will affect you irl.

 

Nothing will happen, if you have your debit or creditcard on the account though they will take it from those eventually, other than that... nothing will happen.

He has a negative $500 balance because he scams and gets charged back/disputed after he spends the money he scammed. LOL this is hilarious (because he scammed me, but I got the money back)

This guy was gonna sell me 34m but after I gave him $21 in PayPal he removed me from his MSN friends. So I disputed and got my money back...I filed a scam report but for some reason sythe is letting him lurk the forums still scamming ppl. Apparently $500 worth of scams.

I bet he still has some charge backs incoming and its gonna jump to like -$700

 

I believe it affects your credit history (not entirely sure) but paypal will find a way to get the money back, eventually they will send emails/ letters, then escalate to phone calls to you and your bank, and if that doesn't work you might go through mediation doubt you would go to court but in the end paypal is going to get their money back. If you make a new paypal they will eventually figure out and start deducting that account. Pay it back as quick as you can, its not worth waiting it out.

 

Comming from someone who had a friend IRL who had a gp shop on sythe and got chrgedback 300$. My friend called paypal and said kids chargedback leaving him in debt they said they cannot do anything so he closed his bank acc and told paypal to fuck off with a 200$ balance never heard a word since!

 

you need to pay it back or youll get in trouble. ive been in negative balance before, i got scammed for $1050 leaving me negative & paypal was calling my house a couple times a week asking for the money back. eventually they turned it over to a different agency, they also sent letters/called.

 

No you won't go to jail, however $500 is an amount that paypal won't leave you alone over. If you have all of your details on that account expect paypal to annoy the hell out of you through phone calls.

 

Should change your info # to one of those 1800 HOT numbers, haha.

I really wonder if they'd fall for that.

 

Sell your stuff that you bought from ebay.

 

This is what happens when you scam people im currently disputing $83.50 from you aswell so add that to your negative balance

A friend told me he was scammed by you aswell, I don't know what surprises me more, the fact that you have a $-500+ paypal balance or that your still not banned.

Anyway they will get that money back, and its in your best interest that they get it back real soon.
