    Holy shit it all makes sence now!!! Did he ask any of you to make the payment under "gifts" and only under "gifts" well now u cant get a return after a dispute because its consnidered a gift and your not buying anything haha, this bloke did one of the greatest scams eva

    False, you can either dispute with your bank, or dispute with paypal (tell the payment was unauthorized, gift or not, it doesn't matter).
