Terms of Service that was agreed to: that the OO was one of his very best friends, but yet it was recovered after couple of years, he guaranteed me it will never be recovered.

Thats the issue, me and his ex partner think he might have had a health problem or something critical thats why i gave him this much time to reply to the discord group... but i think a user called pizzadaman is his manager for his services? maybe we can ask him?

You're most welcome,i think he had to void that TOS since jagex lanucher was introduced forcing him to change it to me(cause everytime i had to relogin, i had to ask him for the code to be sent over and sometimes he was offline,previously before JL the code was only needed to change the settings of the account but you can relogin from new ip address's without needing 2fa code), this case will be a bit complicated i know....

 

I apologize for not replying sooner, I don't really use Sythe and haven't touched anything with Runescape in over a year at this point.
Unfortunately, I don't have much action I can take. The account was purchased over 3 years ago. As @KDOTX stated, he requested we change the email over a year ago. I advised him this would mean we would need to void the TOS. He agreed and understood why this is (because control over the email is how I'm capable of providing support). We then changed the registered email to his.

 

I agree, we agreed that would void TOS but i never claimed you scammed or having bad intentions i just opened this report to have my account back please(even though it was really Jagex Launcher that made us change it but whatever)? you claimed it was your best friend who was the OO....
