1. You have to post your MSN in this thread before adding me or you will be ignored
2. I will not sell through PayPal if you have joined in the last 3 months or have less than 10 vouches using PayPal unless you agree to verify your identy. This is how you will verify: You will send me $1 on PayPal and a scanned picture of your ID (both sides in high resolution) as well as your phone number. I will then look through them and give you a call (I will pay for the call) and if everything looks good I will refund you your $1 and do the trade. In case of a fake/edited picture I will keep your $1 and block and report you instantly.
3. For PayPal I will request money from you with the following in comments section:
   "By accepting the payment for $XXX.XX USD, you agree to the following terms of service:
   1. You have received ALL services and goods in question, and the sale is FINAL.
   2. There are NO refunds, returns, or chargebacks.
   3. You will not create false paypal disputes regarding this transaction.
   
   NO OTHER WAY OF PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL IS ACCEPTED! Also note that this way I pay all PayPal fees so it is good for both of us as long as we are legitimate...
4. I WILL NEVER GO FIRST!*
5. If you do not wish to go first we can use OMM, you pay the fee. There is no reason not to use OMM if you do not trust me.
6. Every trade will be screenrecorded starting from the moment you add me on MSN. Every scam attempt will be reported and I will take every measure to get you banned.

Kinda cute how you expect all these little security checks and what not to work when you joined what, two days ago and have zero vouches? Sorry buddy but without even a picture of the gold your selling I think you will be hard up to find a buyer.

You need to start from somewhere, don't you... I don't care how long it will take me of doing small trades to gain vouches but these are the rules. It's better than having no security measures and just getting scammed out of your gold...

 

In a sense, but even some of the most reputable gold traders have a bit more slack in their trading methods. Also, where is your picture that I requested?

 

I will post it as soon as RuneScape servers are up again. And the security is only for PayPal... Use Moneybookers if you don't like my measures
