Need a little help regarding two scam's.

I just got scammed when trying to buy rsgp, twice.

Bouth payments is payed with paypal trough a debit card, my paypal is also verified.

What is the most effective way to get my money back, file dispute or a claim? or Unauthorised transaction?

No, file a non receipt of item dispute. If that fails, call your bank

 

I filed a non receipt dispute on one of them and a non receipt claim on the other. The dispute automatically went to a claim on that one, no idee why.

 

wait a week or 2, after they spent it, then chargeback. They'll be stuck with a red balance so they get butt fucked by paypal.

 

Btw, if it fails, what would I have to tell my bank to have any chance on reciving my money.

Yes, this actually works. That's why people get people to right notes saying they've already purchased.

Although I've heard purchasing virtual items over PayPal can get you limited, so just prepare yourself.
