Explanation: I used to sell him the account and he used to take a five-day ban warranty and give a lifetime recovery guarantee.I showed him my vouchs and his sythe profile.So, no matter how many accounts I've sold, it hasn't been a problem until now.Crypto is not allowed in our country, if we use it, our bank accounts will also be Blocked.And in my country I also do crypto buy and sell work.So many people directly send money in my Binance ID and I send them money from my country.So he knew about this too.I sold him a $500 account.He told me that I will give you half the payment now, and I will give you half the payment within two weeks.When two weeks were completed, I kept sending him SMS asking him to make my payment, but he did not make my payment.So after some time he told me this is your Banance ID. Someone had sold me a number and they were banned.That's why I won't pay you. Now someone else has dealt with him. There may have been a problem. Apologize for the late reply here due to i was off on weekend . Here is our story : RuneMerchat sold us an account for 500$ and we agreed on TOS : Half payment 250$ made after ownership then 2 weeks later for rest half ( Lifetime warrant of ban and 5 days ban / lock warrant ) Everything was okay till he asked for 2nd half payment the day before yesterday and i said i will do on monday but he said already 2 weeks so i double check time line and yeah was ready to pay him and when confirming his Pay ID and I noitced he switch to use 2 discords : RuneMerchant & The Gold Exchange ( This discord he sold me 2 accounts and got banned within 5 days ) from time to time . So i Pmed him on both discords for the fact and he denied The Gold Exchange is not him . I didnot even mention because of same Pay ID informations . I have no attention to scam anyone and never did in my 10+ years business life . But those shady business way should not be allowed or at least public announced to gaim communicity atttntion . I have told you before that I work in dollar buy-sell. Crypto buy-sell is not allowed in our country. If we do that, our bank accounts get locked. People don't take risks. So I exchange them and earn some profit. And he also knows about this. I had told him.It was going well after that he tried once to scam with me that the account has been banned but I checked that account was not banned I gave him proof then he said my mistake And tell him to show proof that I scammed him or his account was banned, so I didn't refund him, etc. I'm doing fine with him.I have given him all the accounts I have and he has never had any problems, but he is still scamming me and not giving me my money.Two weeks had passed, I kept sending him SMS but he did not make my payment. A day passed and the next day he created such a fake issue and did not make my payment.And tell him to show proof etc., saying something doesn't make it true.And I hope the mods will decide on the right.

Ofc not . According to our deal on discord : RuneMerchant , I paid the first half 250 / 500$ , when ready to pay for 2nd half and noticed it was the same person with the discord : The Gold Exchange Who owes me 2 accounts payment refund under our tos of warrant time .
